INTELLIGENT INTERTRAVERSE LOAD CELL BASED ON THE HALL SENSOR FOR SUCKER ROD PUMPING UNITS


The paper is devoted to the development of an intertraverse intelligent load cell for sucker rod pumping units in oil production. The authors propose measuring the value of the deformation of a cylindrical steel ring horizontally under the vertical action of the force of the rod string. The Hall sensor is used to measure the magnitude of the deformation. The general diagram of the sensitive part of the load cell and its layout are given. The results of the development of a block diagram of an intelligent load cell based on a microcontroller with data transmission over a radio channel are presented. A simplified control-flow chart of the load cell is also given.
