A method and a system of early diagnostics of deep-well pumping units in oil production
The article analyzes the state of the art of the problem of early diagnostics of the technical condition of deep-well pumping units in oil production. The analysis is carried out for sucker rod pumping units (SRPU) and electric submersible pumps (ESP), which have found the most widespread application in the oilfields. The following are analyzed for SRPU: construction and analysis of dynamometer charts by different methods; wattmeter method; mobile hardware-software system complex of well diagnostics "Kvantor"; portable oil well analyzer. The following are analyzed for ESP: the method of pump diagnostics by vibration parameters; the method of diagnostics by measuring electric current consumed by the electric motor; the analysis of the signal generated by vibration of the unit construction elements. It is shown that all these methods allow determining separate faults in the technical condition of controlled objects when those faults have clearly pronounced forms. The technology of analysis of noise as part of the noisy signal measured from the object by the position-binary method is proposed, which allows to determine the beginning and dynamics of the development of accidents: underground SRPU equipment, by analyzing the force signal at the rod hanger center; surface SRPU equipment and ESP equipment as a whole, by analyzing the phase currents of electric motors.
