Non-smooth optimization control problem for model of dynamic system with delay under conditions of uncertainty
In the paper considers a mathematical model of dynamic control system with delay under conditions of uncertainty of external influence. For this model of a dynamic system, the optimization problem of a non-smooth terminal functional of the minimum type is studied. The necessary and sufficient conditions of optimality are obtained. It is shown that these results can form a theoretical basis for an al algorithm for constructing of optimal control.
