DEVELOPING THE SYSTEM OF RECOGNITION AND IDENTIFICATION OF CLOSED NEOPLASMS BASED ON ULTRASOUND IMAGES
The authors analyze one approach to objective evaluation of ultrasound investigation, proposing to this end the use of modern information technology, a computational tool and a software package. The objective is to develop a system for finding a closed contour (neoplasm) and isolating it as a sub-object, with the further determining of its coordinates, area and size. The reliability of the developed system is substantiated by numerous experiments conducted to identify closed neoplasms in internal organs based on ultrasound images.
