INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PRIMARY OIL SEPARATION PROCESS
The paper deals with the technology of chemical reagents placement in the liquid mixture in the input line of the separator to improve the speed and quality of separation of commercial oil from reservoir water from the mixture extracted from oil wells. Automated control and measuring devices and control devices are developed for high-precision measurements of values of physical parameters that reflect the flow characteristics of the liquid mixture in the input line. In accordance with the results of the measurement, a mathematical model is built that allows determining the number of chemical reagents added to the flow of the liquid mixture.
Keywords: oil field, liquid mixture, separator, collector, reagents, parameter, measurement, dose
