HYBRID METHOD FOR ASSESSING SPEECH QUALITY IN IP TELEPHONY NETWORKS

The issues of assessing the quality of speech transferred in packet switched network are investigated. A hybrid method is proposed that simplifies the process of quality assessment and reduces the error of results compared with existing methods.
