RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF MULTI-PARAMETER INFORMATION-ACCOUNTING SYSTEM

The paper is devoted to the development of the technological and functional structure of multi-parameter information-accounting system based on accounting and non-accounting parameters of population, research of information flow channels, defining integral indicator, as well as assessment of external informative, controlled and uncontrolled parameters of the system.
