ALGORITHM FOR DETERMINING THE FORCE ON THE POLISHED ROD OF SUCKER ROD PUMPS BY COMBINED METHOD


The authors demonstrate that IFS and FLDT force sensors used at the oil fields of the Azerbaijan Republic do not allow for estimating the absolute load on the polished rod of sucker rod pumps. An algorithmic method is proposed for prompt calculation of approximate maximum and minimum force on the polished rod for each well depending on the operation cycle of the pump and scaling of the output parameters of the sensors based on the calculated loads.
