A MODEL OF PATTERN OF POLLUTION IN WATER BASINS BASED ON THE MASS CONSERVATION LAW
The issue of building a model of the patten of harmful substances from pollution sources spreading into the surrounding aquatic environment based on the mass conservation law is considered. On the basis of these models, it is possible to calculate analytically the change in the concentration of the mixture and determine the degree of the danger it presents. Of particular importance is the study of the dynamics of movement of pollutants that migrate from sources of an unknown start location and time.
